Saxo Print Samples

Saxo print Samples.

I requested a paper samples pack from saxoprint, from their website due to me wanting to include a paper sample swatch book within my design for print due to I want to show how print & stock work together. Here is what they sent me.

I am not sure about how they have binded there samples book due to it doesn't open smoothly and you can feel the cheapness. You wouldn't want to send that out to your future clientele due to it doesn't give a good feel of how you finish your work etc... I like the use of multiple languages, this shows that they are noticed worldwide.

I like how it starts with a list of the different papers & weights that are in the book. It is very cleanly laid out And easy to follow.

This is just saying that with paper been natural it may turn out different each time so this is just a guideline. etc... Although, again this is in multiple languages, you would think by this that they have customers all over the world so therefore would be a good valued printers.

So all the different sections are broken up with a design like the front cover like this. I like how they have shown the clear distinctions of each paper and they have put it in simple information that normal person can understand.

These are the pages that are within the book. These are the samples, they have been printed on to show you the quality and the quality of the paper. I like how they have put on each one about what the paper is good for and the description. Also the thickness of the paper is clearly labeled with the printing registrations still on the paper.
